摘　　要：文中介绍了某办公大楼墙裙改造工程蘑菇石干挂法自提升装置施工技术的施工应用情况。蘑菇石本身厚度较厚、自重大,现场安装人工无法搬运,通过现场自制提升装置解决了石材安装的困难,加快了施工进度。工程实践表明,采用此装置能大大缩短工期、节约成本。This paper introduces the construction application of mushroom stone dry hanging self lifting device construction technology in the dado reconstruction project of an office building.The mushroom stone itself is thick and heavy,so it can not be transported manually during on-site installation.The difficulty of stone installation is solved through on-site self-made lifting device,and the construction progress is accelerated.The engineering practice shows that this device can greatly shorten the construction period and save the cost.
