摘　　要：长螺旋钻孔压灌桩技术是集成了长螺旋钻孔和压灌大流动混凝土及后置钢筋笼的一种施工技术,该技术成桩效率较高、稳定性较强、成本消耗较低且对周围环境的污染较小,在建筑工程的桩基施工中得到广泛应用。文中结合南昌某住宅建筑工程,阐述了长螺旋钻孔压灌桩技术的实际应用。The long spiral drilling pressure grouting pile technology is a construction technology integrating long spiral drilling,pressure grouting large flow concrete and post reinforcement cage.The technology has high pile forming efficiency,strong stability,low cost consumption and less pollution to the surrounding environment.It is widely used in the pile foundation construction of construction engineering.Combined with a residential construction project in Nanchang,this paper expounds the practical application of long auger drilling pressure piling technology。
