摘　　要：文中提出了工程结算管理中常见的问题,并对其对策进行分析,提高工程结算的准确性,保障双方的切实利益。From the standpoint of the construction party,this article puts forward the common problems in project settlement management,and analyzes its countermeasures,improves the accuracy of project settlement,and protects the real interests of both parties.
