啶酰菌胺在冬瓜、辣椒和花椰菜中的残留特征及使用安全性评价

摘　　要：[目的]探明啶酰菌胺在冬瓜、辣椒和花椰菜3种代表性小作物中的残留特征和使用安全性,为啶酰菌胺在小作物上的安全使用提供理论依据。[方法]采用QuEChERS方法进行样品前处理,高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行定量分析。[结果]冬瓜、辣椒和花椰菜中啶酰菌胺的平均回收率分别为87%~99%、83%~92%和94%~99%,相对标准偏差分别为1.4%~2.8%、0.5%~2.9%和0.8%~3.2%。啶酰菌胺在冬瓜、辣椒、花椰菜中的半衰期分别为8.1~9.0、5.8~6.9、3.0~3.3 d。啶酰菌胺在冬瓜、辣椒和花椰菜中最终残留量分别为<0.004~0.26、0.026~2.7、0.025~2.8 mg/kg。普通人群啶酰菌胺的国家估算每日摄入量为0.4957 mg,风险概率为19.7%,表明其对一般人群健康产生的风险是可接受的。[结论]根据推荐的间隔期采收,在大型瓜类、茄果类、头状花序芸苔属小作物上,50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂按推荐剂量使用是安全的。[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the safety of boscalid in minor crops,three representative minor crops,wax gourd,chili and broccoli,were selected to study the residue characteristics and safety of boscalid in minor crops.[Methods]The samples were pretreated by using QuEChERS method and quantitatively analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.[Results]The average recovery of boscalid in wax gourd,chili and broccoli was 87-99,83-92 and 94-99%,with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.4-2.8,0.5-2.9 and 0.8-3.2%,respectively.The half-lives of boscalid were 8.1-9.0,5.8-6.9,3.0-3.3 d in wax gourd,chili and broccoli,respectively.The residues of boscalid in wax gourd,chili and broccoli were<0.004-0.26,0.026-2.7 and 0.025-2.8 mg/kg respectively.The national estimated daily intake of boscalid was 0.4957 mg,and the risk quotient(RQ)was 19.7%at a safe level,which suggest a low health risk to consumers.[Conclusions]Based on the recommended pre-harvest interval,boscalid 50%WG is safe to use at the recommended dose in large melons,Solanaceae and Malvaceae and flowering brassica.
