摘  要:[目的]明确硅藻土对12.5%烯唑醇WP防治枸杞白粉病的增效作用及机理。[方法]田间进行小区试验,室内测定最大持留量和沉积量。[结果]在减少25%用量和相同剂量处理条件下,添加硅藻土3000 mg/kg可将烯唑醇对枸杞白粉病田间防效提高13.5%~16.4%,烯唑醇在枸杞叶片上最大持留量提高21.5%~29.0%,沉积量提高36.5%~60.6%。[结论]硅藻土是通过增加烯唑醇在枸杞叶片上的最大持留量和沉积量发挥的增效作用。硅藻土对烯唑醇防治枸杞白粉病的增效减药技术可进一步推广应用。[Aims]This study aims to explore the synergistic effect and mechanism of diniconazole 12.5%WP added diatomite against powdery mildew on Lycium barbarum.[Methods]The field efficacy trials were carried out by using experimental spot.Maximum retention and deposition were measured in the laboratory.[Results]Under the conditions of reducing 25%dosage and the same dosage,the addition of diatomite 3000 mg/kg could increase the field control effect of dinazolol against powdery mildew on L.barbarum by 13.5-16.4%.The maximum retention of dinazolol on leaves of L.barbarum increased by 21.5-29.0%.The deposition increased by 36.5-60.6%.[Conclusions]Diatomite played a synergistic role by increasing the maximum retention and deposition of dinazolol on the leaves of L.barbarum.The technology of increasing efficacy and reducing drugs of diniconazole added diatomite against powdery mildew on L.barbarum can be further promoted and applied.
