摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情常态化医院普通病区管理难点主要有人员管理、环境管理和相关废弃物管理。提高医护及保洁人员对疫情防控的认知,增强住院患者及陪护的防控意识,能显著提高防控效果,实现零接触、零感染。The management difficulties mainly include personnel management,environmental management and related waste management in hospitals under normalization of COVID-19 epidemic situation.Improving the awareness of medical and cleaning personnel on epidemic prevention and control and enhancing the prevention and control awareness of inpatients and caregivers can significantly improve the prevention and control effect and achieve zero contact and zero infection.
