六安市高职院校在校大学生艾滋病知识态度行为调查分析与干预研究

摘　　要：【目的】了解大学生艾滋病知识态度行为现状,为学校艾滋病健康教育提供依据。【方法】采用统一制作的调查问卷,采取整群抽样方法,遵循随机化原则,按照分专业分年级抽取抽取六安市三所高职院校1000名在校大学生进行调查。【结果】本次调查中,回答正确率90%以上有1项,正确率50%以下有5项,其中听说过“四免一关怀”政策的只有26.4%。【结论】大学生对艾滋病的基本知识了解还不够全面,对艾滋病的认识和对患者的态度较好,当代大学生的性观念发生了很大的变化,有必要加强学校艾滋病健康教育,尤其加强大学生的心理、道德教育。【Objective】Understand the current status of AIDS knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among college students,and provide a basis for AIDS health education in schools.【Methods】A uniformly produced questionnaire,a cluster sampling method,and the principle of randomization were adopted to sample 1,000 college students from three higher vocational colleges in Lu'an City according to the principle of randomization.【Results】In this survey,1 item had an answer rate of over 90%and 5 items with an accuracy rate of less than 50%.Among them,only 26.4%had heard of the"Four Frees and One Care"policy.【Conclusion】College students’basic knowledge of AIDS is not comprehensive enough,and their understanding of AIDS and their attitudes towards patients are relatively good.The sexual attitudes of contemporary college students have undergone great changes.It is necessary to strengthen AIDS health education in schools,especially the psychology and morality of college students.educate.
