老年痴呆患者主要照顾者的负担和应对方式及其相关性分析

摘　　要：【目的】分析老年痴呆患者主要照顾者的负担和应对方式及其相关性。【方法】选择我院收治的老年痴呆患者主要照顾者50例作为调查对象,用照顾者负担量表(CBI)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)调查老年痴呆患者主要照顾者的负担水平、应对方式,用Pearson相关分析法分析老年痴呆患者主要照顾者的负担和应对方式的相关性。【结果】老年痴呆患者主要照顾者CBI总得分为(46.14±1.25)分,属中度负担水平;负担总体状况多处于轻、中度负担水平。老年痴呆患者主要照顾者SCSQ中积极应对得分均值小于国内常模(P<0.05),消极应对得分均值大于国内常模(P<0.05)。不同负担水平下老年痴呆患者主要照顾者的应对方式调查结果对比有差异(P<0.05)。老年痴呆患者主要照顾者的负担水平同SCSQ中消极应对呈正相关,同SCSQ中积极应对呈负相关(P<0.05)。【结论】老年痴呆患者主要照顾者整体负担水平处于轻、中度,其负担水平与应对方式有关,通过引导主要照顾者采取积极应对方式,利于减轻照顾负担。【Objective】To analyze the burden and coping styles of the main caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's disease and their correlation.【Methods】The 50 main caregivers of inpatients with Alzheimer's disease treated in our hospital were selected as the survey subjects,and the Caregivers Burden Scale(CBI)and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were used to investigate the burden level and coping style of the main caregivers of patients with dementia.The correlation between the burden and coping style of the main caregivers of patients with dementia were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.【Results】The total CBI score of the main caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's disease was(46.14±1.25),which belongs to the moderate burden level;the overall burden was mostly at the light to moderate burden level.The mean positive coping score of the main caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's SCSQ was lower than the domestic norm(P<0.05),and the mean negative coping score was greater than the domestic norm(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the survey results of the coping styles of the main caregivers of Alzheimer's patients under different burden levels(P<0.05).The burden level of the main caregivers of Alzheimer's patients was positively correlated with the negative coping in SCSQ,and negatively correlated with the positive coping in SCSQ(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The overall burden of the main caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's disease is light to moderate,and the burden level is related to the coping style.By guiding the main caregivers to adopt active coping styles,it is helpful to reduce the burden of care.
