摘  要:【目的】探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对冠心病患者血脂代谢、血小板功能及冠脉狭窄程度的影响。【方法】选择我院2012年6月-2021年5月109例冠心病(CHD)患者作为研究对象,根据Hp感染情况分为感染组(n=49)和非感染组(n=60)。比较两组血脂代谢指标、血小板功能指标及冠脉狭窄程度。【结果】感染组LDL-C、TG、TC、CD63、CD62p、PAF水平高于非感染组(P<0.05);感染组冠状动脉狭窄程度低于非感染组(P<0.05)。【结论】Hp感染会显著加重CHD患者体内血脂代谢紊乱,影响血小板功能,并增加冠脉狭窄程度。【Objective】To explore the effects of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection on blood lipid metabolism,platelet function and severity of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).【Methods】A total of 109 patients with CHD in the hospital between June 2012 and May 2021.According to presence or absence of Hp infection,they were divided into infection group(n=49)and non-infection group(n=60).【Results】levels of LDL-C,TG,TC,CD63,CD62p and PAF infection group were higher than those in non-infection group(P<0.05).coronary stenosis in infection group was lower than that in non-infection group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Hp infection will aggravate disorders of blood lipid metabolism,affect platelet function and increase the severity of coronary stenosis in patients with CHD.
