舒适护理在蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的应用效果及满意度分析

摘　　要：【目的】分析舒适护理在蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的应用效果及满意度。【方法】采用随机数字表法将2017年1月至2021年4月我院收治的102例蛛网膜下腔出血患者分为对照组(n=51,施行常规护理)、观察组(n=51,施行舒适护理)。对比两组舒适度评分和满意度。【结果】护理前,两组生理、环境、心理精神、社会文化、总分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生理、环境、心理精神、社会文化、总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(96.08%)高于对照组(84.31%)(P<0.05)。【结论】对蛛网膜下腔出血患者施行舒适护理有助于增加身心舒适度,患者或家属满意度更高。【Objective】To analyze the application effect and satisfaction of comfort nursing in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.【Methods】A total of 102 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=51,routine nursing)and observation group(n=51,comfort nursing).The comfort score and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.【Results】Before nursing,there was no significant difference in physiology,environment,psychological spirit,social culture and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the physical,environmental,psychological,spiritual,social and cultural scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group(96.08%)was higher than that of the control group(84.31%).【Conclusion】Comfort nursing for patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage is helpful to increase physical and mental comfort,and the satisfaction of patients or family members is higher.
