综合性护理对雾化吸入与体位引流治疗支气管扩张症患者的疗效

摘　　要：【目的】探讨综合性护理对雾化吸入与体位引流治疗支气管扩张症患者的疗效。【方法】选择我院收治的120例支气管扩张症患者,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各60例。患者均实施雾化吸入治疗、体位引流治疗,在治疗期间,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合性护理,均干预6个月。比较两组肺通气功能指标、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。【结果】护理后,观察组肺通气功能指标、生活质量评分及护理总满意率较对照组高,焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。【结论】综合性护理可保障支气管扩张症患者的雾化吸入与体位引流疗效,更好地改善肺功能,有利于减轻不良情绪,提升生活质量和满意度。【Objective】To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with bronchiectasis treated by atomization inhalation and postural drainage.【Methods】The 120 patients with bronchiectasis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.All patients were treated with atomization inhalation and postural drainage.During the treatment,the control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing.All patients were intervened for 6 months.The pulmonary ventilation function index,anxiety and depression score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.【Results】After nursing,the pulmonary ventilation function index,quality of life score and total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Comprehensive nursing can ensure the efficacy of atomization inhalation and postural drainage in patients with bronchiectasis,better improve lung function,reduce bad mood,and improve quality of life and satisfaction.
