推行团队模式对护理品管圈的实施效果

摘　　要：【目的】探讨推行团队模式对护理品管圈的实施效果。【方法】成立护理品管圈推行团队,培训、指导全院护理各单元的品管圈活动,调查比较干预前后各项质量指标。【结果】干预后,按时结题、作业标准的制定、论文发表、专利立项的数量均明显高于干预前(P<0.05);观察组成员综合成绩较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组成员和谐度、责任心、团队凝集力、工作积极性、沟通协调能力、总分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。【结论】建立品管圈推行团队干预模式,有利于提高护理品管圈的推行质量,提高护士的品管圈相关专业知识,规范品管圈活动管理,是护理质量持续改进的有效手段。【Objective】To explore the implementation effect of team model on nursing quality control circle.【Methods】The implementation team of nursing quality control circle was established to train and guide the quality control circle activities of nursing units in the whole hospital,and investigate and compare various quality indicators before and after intervention.【Results】After the intervention,the number of finish the project on time,the formulation of operation standards,papers published and patent projects were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05);The comprehensive scores of the members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The harmony,sense of responsibility,team cohesion,work enthusiasm,communication and coordination ability and total score of the members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The establishment of team intervention mode in quality control circle is conducive to improve the implementation quality of nursing quality control circle,improve nurses'professional knowledge related to quality control circle,and standardize the activity management of quality control circle.It is an effective means for continuous improvement of nursing quality.
