摘　　要：【目的】探究加速康复理念结合体外冲击波治疗对关节镜下肩袖修补术围手术期的干预效果。【方法】选取于本院就诊的120例肩袖损伤患者,根据入院先后顺序,对照组为2019年1月至2019年12月收治,实验组为2020年1月至2020年12月收治,各60例,均行关节镜下修补手术治疗;围手术期对照组实施常规指导,实验组实施加速康复理念护理、体外冲击波治疗,比较两组临床指标[疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节功能评分]、总有效率及满意度。【结果】两组肩袖功能评分较治疗前好转,实验组高于对照组;两组VAS评分较干预前降低,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率高于对照组,实验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】关节镜下肩袖修补术期间采用加速康复理念护理、体外冲击波治疗联合干预效果确切。一方面,能够缓解患者疼痛感,改善其不良症状、肩关节功能;另一方面,能够提高患者总有效率、满意度。【Objective】To explore the perioperative intervention effect of accelerated rehabilitation combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy on arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.【Methods】The 120 patients with rotator cuff injury were selected in our hospital.According to the order of admission,the control group was treated from January 2019 to December 2019,and the experimental group was treated from January 2020 to December 2020,with 60 cases in each group.All patients were treated with arthroscopic repair surgery;During the perioperative period,the control group implemented routine guidance,and the experimental group implemented accelerated rehabilitation concept nursing and extracorporeal shock wave treatment.The clinical indexes[visual analog scale(VAS),shoulder function score],total effective rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.【Results】The rotator cuff function score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group;The VAS score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】During arthroscopic rotator cuff repair,the combined intervention of accelerated rehabilitation nursing and extracorporeal shock wave therapy has a definite effect.On the one hand,it can relieve patients'pain and improve their adverse symptoms and shoulder function;On the other hand,it can improve the total effective rate and satisfaction of patients.
