摘　　要：城市中老旧居住小区,在功能上很难满足居民的现代生活需求,在结构上不能按照新标准符合安全要求,在形式上无法直接融入现代城市。以南京市的8个老旧小区更新实践为主线,探讨城市老旧小区更新中的问题和应对措施,为该类型的项目提供经验和参考。The old community in the city can no longer meet the needs of residents’ modern life in function,cannot guarantee safety in structure,and is no longer suitable for the aesthetics of modern cities in form.The renovating and upgrading of old community is an important livelihood project.The study takes the renovation actions of eight old communities in Nanjing as an example to summarize the problems and to propose strategies in comprehensive improvement of built environment.
