摘  要:模板在施工技术领域中被广泛应用,在目前建筑市场模板的材质、组装形式也是层出不穷,以珠海机场改扩建工程(一标段)——航站楼土建施工总承包项目为例,介绍组装式木模板新型拼装技术。机场项目圆柱及异形柱等采用卡槽式木模板、固定钢箍、加固螺栓等进行组装式拼装。与传统木模板拼装相比较,卡槽式模板材质较好、不易变形、翘曲、开裂及耐水性较好,且周转次数可达30次以上、安装、拆除及加固便捷、无须对拉螺栓等,不但能加快施工进度,还能更好地保证混凝土柱成型的质量且施工便捷。Formwork is widely used in the field of construction technology. Materials and assembly forms of formwork emerge endlessly in the current construction market. The paper takes the reconstruction and expansion project of Zhuhai Airport(section 1)(i.e., general contracting project for civil construction of terminal building) as an example to introduce the new assembly technology of assembled wooden formwork. The cylinder and special-shaped column of the airport project are assembled by groove type wood formwork,fixed steel hoop and reinforcement bolt. Compared with the traditional wood formwork assembly,the groove formwork has better material, good water resistance, convenient installation, detachment and reinforcement,no need to pull bolts,etc., is not easy to deform,warp and crack,and the cycle times can reach more than 30 times,which can not only accelerate the construction progress,but also better guarantee the quality of concrete column formation, and construction is convenient.
