摘 要:现浇楼板是住宅建筑工程中重要结构组成,其在施工时常会因设计因素、技术因素、材料强度及荷载等因素影响而出现裂缝。若不能妥善处理楼板裂缝问题,便会威胁整个住宅建筑的质量及安全。鉴于此,结合某住宅建筑项目实例,对其楼板裂缝成因进行模拟分析,确定了裂缝成因为施工荷载过大,并制订针对性措施加以处理,最终有效解决了裂缝问题。希望此次研究可给类似的工程提供有价值的参考。Cast-in-situ floor slab is an important structural component in residential construction engineering. Cracks often occur due to the influence of design factors,technical factors,material strength and load. If the problem of floor cracks can not be properly handled,it will threaten the quality and safety of the whole residential building. In view of this,combined with an example of a residential construction project,the paper simulates and analyzes the causes of floor cracks,determines the cause of cracks because the construction load is too large,and formulates targeted measures to deal with them,and finally effectively solves the crack problem. It is hoped that the study can provide a valuable reference for similar projects.
