摘  要:针对矿山法施工的隧道复合式衬砌中二次衬砌拱顶厚度和强度不足的常见质量问题,结合重庆铁路枢纽东环线胡家沟隧道的围岩地质和水文地质条件,对大跨铁路隧道复合式衬砌中由拱顶预制管片和现浇边墙相组合的新型二次衬砌结构开展现场试验,设计了适用于大跨铁路隧道复合式衬砌的二衬拱部预制管片结构及其拼装方法,并给出了拱顶预制管片和边墙现浇衬砌之间的衔接方式与防水措施,同时总结了矿山法施工的大跨铁路隧道由拱顶预制管片和现浇边墙相结合的二次衬砌施工工艺。In view of the common quality problems of insufficient thickness and strength of the secondary lining vault in the composite lining of the tunnel constructed by the mining method,combined with the surrounding rock geology and hydrogeological conditions of the Hujiagou tunnel on the east ring line of the Chongqing railway hub, on-site tests on the new secondary lining structure composed of the vault prefabricated segment and the cast-in-place side wall suitable for large-span railway tunnel composite lining was carried out. The vault prefabricated segment structure of the second lining suitable for the composite lining of the large-span railway tunnel and its assembling method were designed,the connection method and waterproof measures between the vault prefabricated segment and the side wall cast-in-place lining were given. At the same time,construction technology of secondary lining combined with vault prefabricated segments and cast-in-situ side wall of the large-span railway tunnel constructed by the mining method is summarized.
