摘　　要：目前,海南禁毒社会工作者的队伍建设工作,存在人员紧缺、专业化程度不高、职责界定不明确、薪资待遇保障低、激励机制不健全等问题,为此,必须加强禁毒社会工作者的专业价值观培育,完善培训教育体系,明晰岗位职责范围,建立健全激励机制,保障福利待遇,从而实现禁毒社会工作者队伍专业化、职业化、社会化的建设目标。To tackle with the existing problems such as shortage of staff,low professional degree,unclear boundaries of responsibilities,low salary and welfare and inadequate incentive mechanism in Hainan anti-drug social workers team construction work,it is necessary to cultivate anti-drug social workers’professional values and to foster and improve training education system,redefine responsibility scope,establish and improve the incentive mechanism and benefits,so as to realize the goal of specialization,professionalization and socialization of anti-drug social workers.
