摘  要:针对某型先导式溢流阀需要对泄漏进行控制的问题,推导出考虑形位公差和安装偏差的溢流阀泄漏量数学表达式,同时建立泄漏情况下的溢流阀未开启、前置级开启、主阀开启3种状态的流量数学模型,并利用AMESim软件仿真验证了模型的有效性。根据模型分析了溢流阀主阀直径、主阀半锥角、主阀密封长度、主阀密封间隙等主要结构参数变动对泄漏和流量的影响,并给出一组结构参数,可在保证流量的前提下满足泄漏量的要求。Aiming at the problem that a pilot relief valve needs to control the leakage.The mathematical expression of leakage of relief valve considering form and position tolerance and installation process is deduced.The flow mathematical models of three states,the overflow valve is not opened,the front stage is opened and the main valve is opened,are established considering the leakage.The effectiveness of the model is verified by AMESim software simulation.According to the model,the influence of the main valve diameter,the half cone angle,the main valve seal length and the main valve seal clearance on the leakage and flow is analyzed.A set of structural parameters is given,which can meet the requirement of leakage quantity while ensuring the flow rate.
