摘　　要：在DRG付费的基础上,浙江省衢州市积极探索针对医疗康复、精神疾病等长期住院病例实行按床日付费的多元复合型医保支付方式,提高患者的医疗保障水平。同时,针对实践中存在的问题,提出政策建议:探索合理的床日支付制度,明确准入退出条件,加强对医疗机构的监督管理,细化医保报销机制,推进分级诊疗。On the basis of DRG payment,Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province actively explores the implementation of multiple and compound medical insurance payment method of per-diem payment for long-term hospitalized patients such as medical rehabilitation and mental illness,so as to improve the medical security level of patients.At the same time,in view of the problems existing in practice,put forward policy recommendations:explore a reasonable per-diem payment system,clarify access and exit conditions,strengthen the supervision and management of medical institutions,refine the reimbursement mechanism of medical insurance,and promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
