摘  要:针对某四角切圆燃烧锅炉因当地电煤市场变化燃烧非设计煤种,导致低负荷工况炉内燃烧不稳、锅炉结焦严重、再热汽温偏低、飞灰及炉渣含碳量高的问题,结合四角切圆燃烧锅炉典型卫燃带改造方案,运用Fluent软件数值模拟进行优化设计,确定了该锅炉卫燃带改造的最优方案,改造后上述问题得以改善。Aiming at the problems of unstable combustion, serious coking, low reheat steam temperature, high carbon content of fly ash and slag under low load conditions in a tangentially fired boiler caused by burning undesigned coal due to the change of local electric coal market, combined with the typical transformation scheme of refractory belt in tangentially fired boiler, the optimal scheme for the transformation of the refractory belt was determined by using Fluent software numerical simulation. The above conditions were improved after transformation.
