摘　　要：论述了一种新型镀锌彩涂联合机组及限制联合机组发展的因素;介绍了立式涂镀工艺结合感应加热的特点;同时论述了该机组采用一涂一烘的设计具有投资少、生产成本低等特点,同时也介绍了适用于家电板采用二涂二烘的新建机组和现有机组改造方案。A new type of galvanizing and color coating combined line and the factors restricting its development are discussed. The characteristics of vertical roller coating process combined with induction heating are introduced. The design of one coating and one drying adopted in the line has the characteristics of low investment and low production cost. At the same time, the modification plans of the existing unit and the newly-built line with two-coating and two-baking are introduced.
