摘  要:通过对轧钢加热炉进行热平衡测试,全面了解了加热炉的热工作状况,分析了加热炉能耗偏高的主要原因,提出了加热炉节能降耗措施,主要包括:提高热送热装温度及比例、确保加热炉产能、降低钢坯加热温度、提高燃料燃烧热量有效利用、提高烟气余热回收利用、减少逸气热损失、合理控制空燃比等。The working conditions of rolling heating furnace thermal are realized comprehensively by means of heat balance test. The main causes for high energy consumption of reheating furnace are analyzed,and the measures for saving energy and consumption reduction of reheating furnace are proposed, which measures mainly include increasing the temperature and proportion of hot delivery and hot charging,ensuring the production capacity of the heating furnace, reducing the heating temperature of the billet,improving the effective use of fuel combustion heat, improving the recovery and utilization of flue gas waste heat, reducing the heat loss of outgassing, and reasonably controlling the air-fuel ratio, etc.
