摘  要:干熄焦炉炉衬年修周期主要是由斜道牛腿、过顶砖及环风道内筒构成的耐材子系统服役技术状况决定的,通过对梅钢140 t/h单斜道干熄焦炉和190 t/h双斜道干熄焦炉近20年生产运行和历次年修的实践,指出了目前干熄焦炉炉衬结构存在的固有缺陷,并进行相关分析。优化改进炉衬结构和提升斜道区耐材质量适应性是保持干熄焦炉良好服役技术状况和延长服役寿命的两个主要途径,其中以炉衬结构改进为最根本的方法。为实现延长干熄焦炉年修周期,提出了基于干熄焦炉长寿命的炉衬结构设计改进方向,以期延长年修周期、减少耐材修复量,从而节约社会耐材制造资源。The annual maintenance cycle of CDQ furnace lining is mainly determined by the service technical conditions of refractory subsystem, including ramp bracket, overhead brick and inner cylinder of annular air duct. Through the production operation and previous annual repair practice of 140 t/h single ramp CDQ furnace and 190 t/h double ramp CDQ furnace in the past 20 years of Meishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, the inherent defects of current CDQ furnace lining structure are pointed out, and the relevant analysis is carried out. Optimizing the lining structure and improving the adaptability of refractory materials in the ramp area are two main ways to maintain the good service condition and prolong the service life of CDQ coke oven, and the most fundamental method is to improve the lining structure. In order to achieve the expectation of prolonging the annual repair period of CDQ coke oven, the improvement direction of lining structure design based on the long service life of CDQ coke oven is proposed, so as to extend the annual repair period, reduce the amount of refractory repair, and save the resources of refractory materials.
