摘 要:由于钢材的低温冷脆效应,输电铁塔在低温环境下可能发生低应力脆性断裂事故,危及电力系统的安全稳定运行。在对比国内外输电铁塔常用结构钢及其低温性能的基础上,选取4种规格的Q420B级角钢和4种规格的Q420C级角钢,通过开展夏比冲击试验,得到每种规格角钢的韧脆转变温度,研究低温地区输电铁塔用角钢的低温韧性和断口形貌,得出低温区角钢塔的加工要求和工程应用原则,为低温区输电铁塔的设计和电网安全稳定运行提供技术支撑。Due to the cold brittle effect of the steel in low-temperature environment,low stress brittle fracture accidents may occur in transmission towers under low temperature,which endangers the safe and stable operation of the power system.On the basis of comparing the common structural steels of transmission towers at home and abroad and their low-temperature performance,four specifications of Q420B angle steel and four specifications of Q420C angle steel are selected.By conducting Charpy impact test,the ductile-brittle transition temperature result of each specification of angle steel is obtained,and the low-temperature ductile and fracture morphology of angle steel are studied for transmission tower in low-temperature area.The processing requirements and engineering application suggestions of angle steel tower in low-temperature area are proposed.The study results can provide technical support for transmission tower design and the safe and stable operation of the power grid in low-temperature area.
