瞬感扫描式血糖仪在老年急性冠脉综合征合并2型糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的调查并分析瞬感扫描式血糖仪在老年急性冠脉综合征合并2型糖尿病患者中的临床运用的效果及患者感受。方法选取2019年1-6月进入复旦大学附属华东医院老年内科CCU住院的56例急性冠脉综合征合并2型糖尿病的患者,根据患者血糖监测方式随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各28例。观察组采用辅理善瞬感扫描式的血糖监测仪器来监测血糖数值变化,对照组采用传统的血糖监测仪来监测血糖数值变化,56例患者都要接受急性冠脉综合征的常规的估计与治疗,根据医嘱的要求每4 h进行1次血糖的监测。评估并比较2组患者监测到的血糖数值、患者的舒适程度和满意的程度、发生低血糖的概率。结果2组血糖检测数据的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的舒适程度和满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05);而观察组的低血糖发生率低于对照组的低血糖发生率(P<0.05)。结论辅理善瞬感扫描式血糖仪增加了急性冠脉综合征合并2型糖尿病患者的舒适度和满意度,便于医护人员监控急性冠脉综合征合并2型糖尿病患者的血糖范围,降低低血糖的风险。Objective To investigate the clinical application effects and patient feelings of Flash glucose monitoring system in the elderly acute coronary syndrome cases with Type 2 diabetes.Methods A total 56 patients of acute coronary syndrome with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Geriatrics,Huadong Hospital,Fudan University from January to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(flash glucose monitoring system)and control group(ordinary glucose meter group)according to blood glucose monitoring methods.Each group included 28 patients.Flash glucose monitoring system was employed to monitor blood sugar fluctuations in the observation group,while ordinary glucose meter was used in the control group.All 56 patients received the routine estimation and treatment of acute coronary syndrome.Blood glucose was monitored every 4 hours according to the doctor’s orders.Obtained blood sugar value,the patient’s comfort score and satisfaction score,and the incidence of hypoglycemia were analyzed in both groups.Results No significant differences of monitoring result were found between two groups(P>0.05).The comfort and satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the hypoglycemia incidence of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flash glucose monitoring system,which is easier to monitor the blood glucose fluctuations,increases the comfort and satisfaction of acute coronary syndrome cases with type 2 diabetes,and may reduce hypoglycemia incidence.
