摘  要:防喷器是水下采油系统的重要组成部分,而导引绳系统在防喷器下放的过程中对于防喷器的运动起着重要的导向和限制作用。随着浪向的改变,钻井平台动力学响应发生相应改变,从而对导引绳的动态响应产生重要影响。为研究浪向改变对导引绳系统动力学性能的影响,参考某浮式钻井平台具体参数,结合某海域具体海况,通过对防喷器下放过程的必要简化,基于凝集质量法,将导引绳系统离散成凝集质量模型,运用水动力分析软件OrcaFlex建立了不同浪向下防喷器下放过程中导引绳的动力学分析模型。运用时域耦合分析得到了不同浪向下防喷器下放速度的变化,各个导引绳的张力、接触碰撞力、碰撞能量以及曲率的变化,所得的计算结果对于具体工程实践有一定的指导意义。The blowout preventer(BOP)is an important component of the underwater oil production system,and the guide wire system plays an important role in guiding and restraining the motion of BOP.With the change of the wave directions,the dynamic response of the drilling vessel will change,which has an important influence on the dynamic response of the guide wire system.In order to study the effect of the wave direction change on the dynamic response of the guide wires of BOP,based on the specific parameters of a certain floating drilling vessel and the lumped mass method,the guide wire sysfem were discretized intoa lumped mass model.Referring to the specific sea condition and by necessary simplification of the descending process of BOP,the dynamic model of the guide wires under different wave directions was established using the hydrodynamic analysis software OrcaFlex.The change of descending velocity of BOP and the changes of effective tension,contact clashing force,clashing energy and curvature of each guide wire were obtained by time-domain coupling analysis.The calculation results have certain guiding significance for actual engineering practice.
