摘  要:长庆油田建设用地十分紧张,通过采用立体化布站方法,研发出一种小型立体智能脱水装置。以该装置为核心,依托原有井场建设立体布置脱水站,实现了灵活布置、节约用地的设想,同时,通过工艺优化、智能控制,实现该站无人值守设计。与常规建设方式相比,节约占地面积30%左右,缩短建设周期20%~30%,降低建设投资10%以上。The construction land of Changqing Oilfield is very tight.Therefore,a small three-dimensional intelligent dehydration device was developed by adopting the method of three-dimensional station layout.The three-dimensional dehydration station was built with the device as the core and based on the original well pad,so as to realize the idea of flexible layout and land saving.Meanwhile,the design of unattended station was realized through process optimization,intelligent control and other measures.Compared with the conventional construction method,the three-dimensional station layout can save about 30%of the floor area,shorten the construction cycle by 20%~30%and reduce the construction investment by more than 10%.
