摘 要:海底管道弃管作业作为一项重要的海上施工技术,是铺管船在进行海底管道铺设过程中的关键技术之一。为提高弃管作业效率和可靠性,设计了一套适用于深水的海底管道弃管自动脱扣装置,着重分析了该装置的连杆机构在脱扣过程中的受力情况,并计算出驱动力数值,进而得出驱动力数值与外载荷之间的比例关系。同时,对连杆机构的脱扣过程及载荷情况进行了试验验证,并对试验结果与理论计算结果进行了对比,结果基本一致。As an important offshore construction technology,submarine pipeline abandonment is one of the key technologies in the pipeline laying with pipelaying vessel.In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the abandonment operation,a set of automatic tripping device for deepwater pipeline abandonment was designed.The forces of the connecting rod mechanism of the device in the process of tripping was analyzed emphatically,and the driving forces were calculated,then the proportional relationship between the driving forces and the external loads was obtained.At the same time,the release process and load of the connecting rod mechanism were tested and verified,the test results were compared with the theoretical calculation results,and were basically consistent.
