摘  要:文章针对重型卡车自有空调制冷时消耗发动机动力而使油耗提高的现象,提出加装和优化顶置空调系统的思路来解决这一经济性问题。通过对顶置式空调的使用条件进行系统研究,总结出顶置式空调使用的限制性和改善机会点。最后,以长途运输型重卡驾驶舱为加装对象,以顶置式空调方案作为解决问题的方法,进行设计验证。Aiming at the phenomenon that heavy-duty trucks use their own air conditioners to consume engine power and increase fuel consumption,the idea of installing and optimizing overhead air conditioning systems is proposed to solve this economic problem.The article systematically studies the use conditions of ceiling-mounted air conditioners,and summarizes the limitations and opportunities for improvement in the use of ceiling-mounted air conditioners.Finally,the long-distance transport heavy-duty truck cockpit was used as the installation object,and the overhead air-conditioning solution was used as the method to solve the problem for design verification.
