摘　　要：日本是世界上经营农业保险制度较为成功的国家,其独特的保险体系为日本农业提供了全方位的风险保障,使农业始终处于健康的发展环境中。日本农业保险政策的创新、与时俱进、"农益为上"的思想均可以为我国农业保险发展提供经验,助推我国农业现代化。Japan is one of the most successful countries in the world in agricultural insurance system. Its unique insurance system provides all-round risk insurance for Japanese agriculture and keeps it in a healthy development environment. The innovation of Japanese agricultural insurance policy, keeping pace with the times and the thought of"the benefit of agriculture is the first"can provide experience for the development of agricultural insurance in China and promote the modernization of agriculture in China.
