摘 要:考虑到传统股骨髁动态疲劳性能测试系统无法满足股骨髁动态疲劳性能测试的要求,提出了基于Fatig-KJ-ECO型动态疲劳机的股骨髁动态疲劳性能测试系统设计。根据股骨髁动态疲劳性能测试的硬件平台架构,详细设计了供电系统的工作原理,完成系统的硬件设计,基于股骨髁疲劳性能指标,计算了疲劳强度的放大系数,根据股骨髁遭受的疲劳强度和股骨髁变形的现状,修正了抵抗动态疲劳程度,通过计算出股骨髁动态疲劳性能的价值度,描述了股骨髁动态疲劳性能,利用股骨髁两侧遭受疲劳损伤压力之和,得到股骨髁疲劳损伤压力值,根据Fatig-KJ-ECO型动态疲劳机,定位了股骨髁动态疲劳的冲击力,将得到的股骨髁动态疲劳的正应力和剪应力值与股骨髁的最大抗动态疲劳性能值对比,得到股骨髁动态疲劳性能测试的结果,完成了系统的软件设计,实现了股骨髁动态疲劳性能的测试。测试结果表明,在疲劳荷载次数相同的情况下,股骨髁的疲劳性能与应力比呈非线性关系,可以应用到医学领域中。Considering that the traditional dynamic fatigue performance test system of femoral condyle can not meet the requirements of dynamic fatigue performance test of femoral condyle,the design of dynamic fatigue performance test system of femoral condyle based on fatig kJ eco dynamic fatigue machine is proposed.According to the hardware platform architecture of the dynamic fatigue performance test of the femoral condyle,the working principle of the power supply system is designed in detail,and the hardware design of the system is completed.Based on the fatigue performance index of the femoral condyle,the amplification factor of the fatigue strength is calculated.According to the fatigue strength of the femoral condyle and the status quo of the deformation of the femoral condyle,the degree of resistance to dynamic fatigue is corrected,The value of the dynamic fatigue performance of the femoral condyle is calculated,and the dynamic fatigue performance of the femoral condyle is described.The fatigue damage pressure of the femoral condyle is obtained by using the sum of the fatigue damage pressures on both sides of the femoral condyle.According to the fatig kJ eco dynamic fatigue machine,the impact force of the dynamic fatigue of the femoral condyle is located,The normal stress and shear stress of the dynamic fatigue of the femoral condyle were compared with the maximum anti dynamic fatigue performance of the femoral condyle,and the dynamic fatigue performance test results of the femoral condyle were obtained.The software design of the system was completed,and the dynamic fatigue performance test of the femoral condyle was realized.The test results show that the fatigue performance of the femoral condyle is nonlinear with the stress ratio under the same number of fatigue loads,which can be applied to the field of medicine.
