摘 要:科学高效地管理高校设备是保障教学正常运行的关键,本文应用时间管理的理论设计了一套基于时间四象限法的设备管理系统,该系统将设备按照重要和紧急的程度划分为四个象限,确定了故障设备处理的顺序,避免了主观因素的干扰。可实现设备报修、订单管理、用户管理、数据管理和资产管理5个核心功能。克服了传统设备管理工作的不足,实现了科学化、可视化、规范化和资源利用最大化要求。实践表明,该系统的使用可提高工作效率,改善服务质量,推进学校现代化管理水平。The management of college equipment in scientific and efficient way is the key to ensuring the normal operation of teaching.This paper uses the theory of time management to design a set of equipment management system based on the four-image method of time.The system divides the equipment into four quadrants according to the degree of importance and urgency,determines the sequence of faulty equipment processing,and avoids the interference of subjective factors,it realizes the five core functions of equipment repair,order management,user management,data management,and asset management.The deficiencies in traditional equipment management have been improved,and the scientific,visual,standardized requirements and resource utilization have been achieved.The adoption of this system can improve work efficiency,improve service quality,and promote the modern management level of the school.
