摘　　要：高校实验室安全风险隐患复杂,是安全事故易发场所。人的不安全因素是导致实验室安全事故发生的最主要原因,加强实验人员安全教育,提升安全素养可有效避免安全事故发生。"课程思政"旨在将思想政治教育元素融入到教育教学全过程,着重强化主流价值观对专业教育过程的倡导与引领。高校在实验室安全教育过程中融合并践行"课程思政"育人理念,潜移默化地对学生的安全思想意识和行为举止产生影响,对建立高水平的实验室安全教育体系模式具有重要意义。要确保"课程思政"理念在实验室安全教育体系建设运用中的实施效果,必须解决好教学"供给侧"问题。立足"课程思政"教学供给端改革,从育人理念确立、教育方式改革、评价体系重构和师资队伍教育理念提升4个方面出发,提出构建实验室安全教育体系模式建设路径,以期为高校提供参考。The university laboratory safety risks and hidden dangers are complex,and it is the prone place of safety accidents.Human insecurity is the main cause of laboratory safety accidents.Strengthening safety education and improving safety literacy of laboratory personnel can effectively avoid safety accidents.“Ideological and political course”aims to integrate ideological and political education elements into the whole process of education and teaching,emphasizing the advocation and guidance of mainstream values to the professional education process.In the process of laboratory safety education,universities integrate and practice the educational concept of“ideological and political course”,which exerts a subtle influence on students’safety ideology and behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a high-level laboratory safety education system mode.In order to ensure the implementation effect of“ideological and political course”in the construction and application of laboratory safety education system,we must solve the problem of“supply side”of teaching.Based on the supply-side reform of“ideological and political course”teaching,the model of laboratory safety education system is improved from the four aspects of education concept establishment,education mode reform,evaluation system reconstruction and teaching staff education concept enhancement.These may provide reference for other colleges and universities.
