摘  要:目的:进一步甄别滚桥峰值扭矩体位下髋关节伸展、膝关节伸展、躯干旋转用力是否直接影响滚桥技术力量,并量化评价相关肌力对摔跤滚桥技术的力量贡献水平。方法:招募19名优秀摔跤运动员,测试30(°)/s转速下的滚桥技术峰值扭矩和髋、膝关节伸展和躯干左旋的等速肌力,并据此建立相关关节等速肌力峰值对摔跤滚桥技术峰值扭矩的多元归回方程。结果:滚桥技术“背步”动作开始于运动员左脚离地[时间(0.577±0.425)s、旋转角度17.31°],结束于左脚落地[时间(1.926±0.744)s、旋转角度57.78°];滚桥技术滚桥峰值扭矩出现在旋转角度63°,相对力量峰值为(3.08±0.84)Nm/kg,峰值扭矩体位处于“背步”动作结束和躯干左旋动作开始的时期;建立多元逐步回归方程:Y(滚桥峰值扭矩)=48.178+0.644×X1(躯干左旋扭矩)+0.399×X2(膝关节伸展扭矩)。结论:滚桥技术峰值扭矩体位处于“背步”动作结束和躯干左旋动作开始的时期,该体位能够在借助右下肢蹬伸垫面的同时,利用运动员脊柱向右旋转的体形,使躯干左旋的力量最大化地转化为滚桥技术的滚动力量;躯干左旋、右膝关节伸展用力直接影响滚桥(右侧)峰值扭矩,躯干左旋肌力的贡献度超过60%;滚桥(右侧)峰值扭矩体位下,右髋关节以外展形式参与滚动用力,右髋关节外旋使右足右外缘与垫子保持大面积接触以增加摩擦力,右髋关节伸展肌群持续等长收缩固定髋关节的屈伸角度,以提高膝关节蹬伸和髋关节外展的力量传导率。Objective:To judge whether hip extension,knee extension and trunk rotation force di‐rectly affect the strength of the side-rolling technique under the peak torque position,and quanti‐tatively evaluate the contribution of related muscle strength to the strength of the side-rolling technique.Methods:The side-rolling torque of 19 Chinese elite wrestlers were measured.Their isokinetic muscle strength of hip,knee joint extension and trunk left rotation at 30(°)/s were measured.Based on the peak side-rolling torque and isokinetic muscle strength of these related joints to establish the multiple regression.Results:The“pickaback step”of side-rolling tech‐nique started from the left foot off the ground[(0.577±0.425)s,17.31°],and ended with left foot landing[(1.926±0.744)s,57.78°];the peak value of relative strength of side-rolling tech‐nique was(3.08±0.84)Nm/kg,which appeared at the rotation angle of 63°,peak torque posi‐tion was at the end of“pickaback step”and the beginning of trunk left rotation;multiple step‐wise regression analysis was used to establish the equation:Y(peak torque of side-rolling)=48.178+0.644×X1(trunk left rotation torque)+0.399×X2(knee joint extension torque).Con‐clusions:The peak torque position of side-rolling technique is at the end of“pickaback step”and the beginning of trunk left rotation.With the help of ground reaction force in the right lower limb,this position can maximize the strength of trunk-left-rotation into the force of side-rolling technology by using the body shape of athlete’s spine rotating to the right;the peak torque of side-rolling technique(right side)is directly affected by the force of trunk-left-rotation and right knee-extension,and the contribution of the force of trunk-left-rotation is more than 60%;under the peak torque position of side-rolling technique(right side),right-hip-abduction participates in side-rolling force,and right hip external rotation makes the right outer edge of the right foot keeping a large area of contact with th
