摘  要:目的:系统评价F-MARC IPPs对足球运动员损伤发生率及运动表现的干预效果,并通过调节效应检验提出最优干预方案。方法:建立纳入和排除标准并检索相关文献,运用Stata 15.0软件进行统计分析,采用固定或随机效应模型进行整体效应、异质性、发表偏倚检验,并通过设置性别、年龄、热身方案、干预周期和频率等5个调节变量进行亚组分析。结果:研究共纳入文献24篇,涉及受试者7814名。元分析显示,F-MARC IPPs可显著降低足球运动损伤风险(RR=0.67;95%CI:0.61,0.74;P=0.000),同时也能显著促进运动员CMJ(SMD=0.33;95%CI:0.07,0.59;P=0.120)、20 m专项跑(SMD=-0.38;95%CI:-0.66,-0.09;P=0.009)、YBT(SMD=0.83;95%CI:0.46,1.20;P=0.000)及伊利诺斯敏捷测试(SMD=-0.31;95%CI:-0.58,-0.04;P=0.026)成绩。亚组分析显示:1)F-MARC IPPs对男性运动员的干预效果优于女性运动员,且对20岁以上运动员干预效果最佳;2)FIFA 11+练习可达到最大效应量且具有统计学意义;3)干预周期为5~8个月和每周2~3次的练习方案达到预防损伤的最大效应量。结论:F-MARC IPPs可显著降低足球运动损伤风险,促进运动员运动表现;相对于女性运动员,F-MARC IPPs对男性运动员干预效果更为突出,且对20岁以上的运动员干预效果最为明显;相比较FIFA 11项目,FIFA 11+项目是预防损伤达到最大效应量的最优选择;相比于其他干预方案,5~8个月的干预周期及每周2~3次的练习频率是预防损伤的最佳方案。Objective:The study is to evaluate the intervention effect of F-MARC IPPs on the in-jury rate and the performance of football players,and adopt the moderating effect to point out the best intervention plan.Methods:Establishing inclusion and exclusion standards and retriev-ing relevant literature,the study adopted Stata 15.0 software for statistical analysis,and used the fixed or random effects model for the test of whole effect,heterogeneity,publication and bias.The study has set 5 adjustment variables for subgroup analysis,such as gen der,age,warm-up program,intervention period and frequency.Results:This study has researched 24 articles and involved 7814 subjects.The Meta-analysis shows that F-MARC IPPs has reduced the risk of football injury significantly(RR=0.67;95%CI:0.61,0.74;P=0.000),and promoted athletes’CMJ(SMD=0.33;95%CI:0.07,0.59;P=0.120),20 meters’special run(SMD=-0.38;95%CI:-0.66,-0.09;P=0.009),YBT(SMD=0.83;95%CI:0.46,1.20;P=0.000)and the scores of Illi-nois agility test(SMD=-0.31;95%CI:-0.58,-0.04;P=0.026).Subgroup analysis shows:1)F-MARC IPPs has better intervention effect on male athletes than females,and it has made the highest intervention effect for athletes,who is over 20 years old;2)the FIFA 11+exercises have achieved maximum effect and it has significant in statistics;3)the exercise of intervention period of 5 to 8 months and 2 to 3 times per week has reached the maximum effect in preven-tion of injury.Conclusions:The F-MARC IPPs has significantly reduced the risk of football in-jury and promoted the athletes’performance.Compared with the female athletes,F-MARC IPPs has extremely intervention effect on male athletes,and it has made the highest intervention effect for athletes who are over 20 years old.Compared with the FIFA 11 project,the FIFA 11+project is the best choice for the injury prevention in achieving the maximum achievements.In additional,compared with other intervention programs,the program of inter-vention period of 5 to 8 months and the frequency of practice between 2 to 3
