摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生手机成瘾、人际关系困扰和在校体力活动的现状特征及其内在联系。方法:运用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、人际关系综合诊断量表和国际体力活动量表,对1898名大学生进行调查研究。结果:大学生手机成瘾倾向处于中低水平,能感知到中度的人际关系困扰,其在校体力活动处于中度水平;大学生在校体力活动在手机成瘾维度上差异显著(低成瘾组高于高成瘾组),且存在性别差异(男生高于女生);手机成瘾、人际关系困扰对大学生在校体力活动的负向影响皆显著(P<0.001);在手机成瘾与大学生在校体力活动的影响链上,高度的人际关系困扰具备调节效应,中、低度的人际关系困扰不具备调节效应。结论:尽管大学生在校体力活动处于中度水平,但却面临着手机成瘾和人际关系困扰问题;大学生的手机成瘾倾向越严重,在校体育活动水平越低;男生的在校体力活动水平高于女生;手机成瘾、人际关系困扰是大学生在校体力活动的制约因素;在高度水平的人际关系困扰调节作用下,手机成瘾对大学生在校体力活动的负面影响更大。Objectives:To explore the current characteristics of undergraduates’mobile phone addiction,interpersonal disturbance and physical activity in the college and the intrinsic connection.Methods:1898 undergraduates were surveyed using the Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale,Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale,and International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form to do an investigation.Results:The tendency of undergraduates’mobile phone addition was at a medium-low level,and undergraduates could perceive the medium level of interpersonal relation disturbance,and undergraduates’physical activity in the college was at a medium level;there was a significant difference about the undergraduates’physical activity in the college on mobile phone addiction(the lowaddiction group was higher than the high-addiction group),there was gender differences as well(males who addicted were much more than females);there were negative significant effects among mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relation disturbance on undergraduates’physical activity in the college(P<0.001);the moderating effect of high level of interpersonal relation disturbance was significant that in the influence chain of undergraduates’mobile phone addition and physical activity in the college,while the moderating effect of medium level or low level of interpersonal relation disturbance were not significant in that influence chain.Conclusions:In the college,although undergraduates have the moderate physical activity,they are facing the trouble of mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relation disturbance;the more serious the undergraduates’mobile phone addiction tendency,the lower the level of physical activity in the college.In addition,male undergraduates have higher level of physical activity in the college than female.Mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relation disturbance are the internal and external constraining factors of undergraduates’physical activity in the college;further more,mobile phone addiction has an
