摘　　要：通过调研加拿大奥肯那根社区学院在高等职业教育技能培养方面取得的成功经验,总结了其在行政管理、内部管理、师资培养、学生服务、课程特性、技能培养途径、高等教育途径与学分互认等方面的特点,并提出建立院校技能开发机构的领导地位、加强企业和行业参与技能培养项目、强化“以学生为中心”的服务模式的发展策略,供我国职业教育发展借鉴。To research the success of Canadian okanagan college in skills development,the traits of their administration structure,governing mechanisms,teacher's cultivation,student service,curriculum characteristics,skills development pathways,postsecondary pathways and transferability were summarized,and the reference of building leadership for skills development institutions,strengthening the company and industry involvement and providing"student-centered"services were provided for Chinese vocational education development.
