摘 要:现有装配式混凝土结构的连接方式大多为套筒灌浆或浆锚连接,施工现场工艺复杂,质量难以保证。因此,本文参考钢结构构件连接方式,提出一种新型型钢连接装配式混凝土梁柱节点,在预制节点核心区和预制梁、柱的连接部位植入型钢,通过焊接来实现构件间的可靠连接。利用有限元分析软件建立数值模型,进行非线性静力分析,有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。扩充有限元参数分析范围,进一步研究了钢材强度、预制梁纵筋配筋率和梁拼接段型钢腹板厚度等参数变化对节点力学性能的影响程度。研究结果表明:该连接方式施工简便,传力可靠,显著改善了节点的力学性能和破坏形态,符合"强节点弱构件,强柱弱梁"的设计准则,可为装配式混凝土构件的连接方式提供参考。Most of the existing prefabricated concrete structures are connected by sleeve grouting or grouting anchor, and the construction process is complex and the quality is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, referring to the connection methods of steel structures, a new type of prefabricated concrete beam-column joint with steel is proposed, which is embedded in the core area of prefabricated joint and the connection part of precast beam and column, and the reliable connection between components is achieved by welding. The finite element analysis software is used to establish the numerical model for the nonlinear static analysis. The numerical results agree well with the test results. The influence of the parameters such as the thickness of the web and flange, reinforcement ratio of the beam is further studied. The results show that: this connection method is convenient and reliable, and significantly improves the mechanical properties and failure mode of the joint, which conforms to the design criteria of "strong joint, weak component, strong column and weak beam", which can provide reference for the connection method of prefabricated concrete components.
