摘  要:为开展碳纤维增强复合材料条带对轴心受压的方形截面钢筋混凝土柱的力学性能研究工作,以条带用量、条带净间距、条带净宽等参数为控制变量,设计并制作5根方形截面钢筋混凝土短柱,并对5根钢筋混凝土短柱进行轴心受压试验,得到各试验柱的纵向钢筋屈服时刻的荷载、混凝土达到极限压应变时刻的极限荷载值等主要数据。基于试验实测数据,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了26根CFRP条带约束情况下的方形截面混凝土短柱模型,并对其力学性能进行了分析。获取了各模型柱的轴向荷载-位移曲线、极限承载力等数据。对试验数据及有限元结果进行分析,分析结果表明:CFRP条带约束状态下方形截面混凝土柱的极限承载力主要与CFRP条带用量、CFRP条带间距有关,CFRP条带用量越大,加固柱承载力提高幅度越大,CFRP条带用量相同时,极限承载力随着CFRP条带间距的减小而增大。基于本文试验与模拟结果,提出了CFRP条带约束方形截面钢筋混凝土短柱的承载力计算公式。In order to study the mechanical properties of square section reinforced concrete columns with CFRP strips subjected to axial compression, five square section reinforced concrete short columns are designed and fabricated by taking the amount of strips, the net spacing of strips, the net width of strips and other parameters as control variables. The main data are the load at the moment of the concrete reaching the ultimate compressive strain and the ultimate load value at the moment of the concrete reaching the ultimate compressive strain. Based on the experimental data, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the model of 26 concrete short columns with square section under the constraint of CFRP strips, and the mechanical properties are analyzed. The axial load displacement curve and ultimate bearing capacity of each model column are obtained. The test data and finite element results are analyzed. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of square section concrete columns under the condition of CFRP strips is mainly related to the amount of CFRP strips and the spacing of CFRP strips. The greater the amount of CFRP strips, the greater the improvement of the bearing capacity of reinforced columns. When the amount of CFRP strips is the same, the ultimate bearing capacity increases with the decrease of the spacing of CFRP strips. Based on the test and simulation results, the bearing capacity calculation formula of square section reinforced concrete short columns with CFRP strips is proposed.
