摘 要:对某工业厂房井字梁楼盖进行现场动力特性测试,基于测试结果,运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立局部楼盖简化模型。研究周期性冲击荷载作用下井字梁楼盖动力特性,提出增加板厚、增加梁高、增设次梁三种方案,并讨论各参数对井字梁楼盖减振效果的影响,结果表明:三种方案均能有效降低楼盖的竖向振动加速度,其中同时增加主次梁高度比仅增加主梁或次梁高度效果明显,增加次梁高度略优于增加主梁高度;增设次梁对井字梁楼盖减振有显著效果。The dynamic characteristics of the grillage beam floor of an industrial workshop are tested on site. Based on the test results, ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish a simplified local floor model. The dynamic characteristics of the grillage beam floor under periodic impact load are studied, three schemes of increasing plate thickness, increasing beam height and adding secondary beam are proposed, and the influence of various parameters on the damping effect of the grillage beam floor is discussed. The results show that increasing the height of primary and secondary beams at the same time is more effective than only increasing the height of main beam or secondary beam, and increasing the height of secondary beam is slightly better than increasing the height of main beam. The addition of secondary beams has a remarkable effect on vibration reduction of the well beam floor.
