摘　　要：本研究采用组织培养和扦插再生技术对四季果桑和鸡爪桑的冬芽和枝条进行无性繁殖。结果表明:2个品种均可进行再生培养,其中四季果桑增殖培养的最佳培养基为MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,增殖系数为3.167,最适生根培养基为1/2MS+2.0mg/LNAA,生根率达100%,平均主根数11.167,根长3.734 cm;鸡爪桑增殖培养的最佳培养基为MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,增殖系数为3.667,最适生根培养基为1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA,生根率65.5%,平均主根数6.5,根长3.081 cm;2个品种的移栽成活率均可达100%。扦插试验表明,草炭土∶壤土∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1是2个果桑品种最佳扦插基质,成活率分别为75%和81.8%。An experiment on vegetative propagation was conducted by cuttage and plant tissue culture techniques using the winter buds and branches of Taiwan Morus alba and Morus australis Poir.var.linearipartita Cao the results showed that two cultivars could be regenerated for culture both,the optimal medium for proliferation culture of Taiwan Morus alba was MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,the multiplication coefficient was 3.167,the optimum rooting medium was 1/2 MS+2.0 mg/L NAA,rooting rate was 100%,and the number of taproot was11.167,root length was 3.734 cm;the optimal medium for the proliferation culture of the Morus australis Poir.var.linearipartita Cao was MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,the multiplication coefficient was 3.667,the optimum rooting medium was 1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L IBA,the rooting rate was 65.5%,the number of taproots was 6.5,and the root length was 3.081 cm.The transplanting survival rate of the two varieties can reach 100%.The cutting experiment showed that the best cutting substrate for the two fruit mulberry varieties was Turfy soil∶Loam∶Perlite with 2∶1∶1 ratio,and the survival rates were 75%and 81.8%,respectively.
