摘  要:轻烃燃气是重要的城市气源之一,为了解决其在输配过程中的凝油问题,提高轻烃燃气系统的安全性,基于气相色谱仪实验分析了所给3种轻烃油的组成,通过Aspen Plus软件探究了轻烃组分与露点温度的关系,明确了轻烃燃气组分尤其是C_(6+)成分对管网凝油问题具有不容忽视的影响。结果表明,轻烃燃气最佳输配压力值为0.065 MPa,最佳轻烃组分范围为:C_(5)质量分数为88%(其中正戊烷质量分数不低于50%),C_(4)质量分数为10.5%左右,C_(6+)质量分数为1.5%以内。该研究结果可为降低输配凝油情况和提高系统经济性提供一定的参考依据。Light hydrocarbon gas is one of the most important urban gas sources.In order to solve the problem of condensing oil in the transmission and distribution process and improve the safety of the light hydrocarbon gas system,the composition of three kinds of light hydrocarbon oils given based on gas chromatograph experiments was analyzed.The relationship between light hydrocarbon components and dew point temperature was explored by Aspen Plus.And it was clear that light hydrocarbon fuel gas components,especially C_(6+)components,had a non-negligible effect on the problem of condensate in the pipeline network.The research results show that the optimal transmission and distribution pressure of light hydrocarbon gas is 0.065 MPa,and the best light hydrocarbon component range is:mass fraction of C_(5) is 88%(including n-pentane mass fraction not less than 50%),mass fraction of C_(4) is around 10.5%,and the mass fraction of C_(6+)is within 1.5%.The research results can provide a certain reference basis for reducing the situation of condensate transportation and distribution and improving the economy of the system.
