摘 要:中交汇通横琴广场3号塔楼的钢管柱混凝土施工为本工程的重难点之一,其中钢管柱最大截面为Φ2800 mm×70 mm,最高泵送高度为309.4 m。通过对混凝土原材料的选择、配合比设计、混凝土拌合物性能检测、施工方法的比选、泵送工艺的确立等方面的研究,设计了6组符合规范要求的混凝土配合比。通过对钢管柱混凝土质量的试验检测,验证了设计混凝土配合比的可行性。研究过程中,既考虑了如何避免大体积混凝土的开裂,又考虑了超高泵送对混凝土的要求。文章对钢管柱混凝土施工技术的研究,可为后续同类项目提供参考。The concrete construction of steel tube column in the 3rd tower of CCCC Huitong Hengqin Square is one of the key and difficult points of this project.The maximum section of steel column is Φ2800 mm×70 mm,and the highest pumping height is 309.4 m.Through the research on the selection of concrete raw materials,mixture ratio design,performance test of concrete mixture,comparison and selection of construction methods,and establishment of pumping technology,six groups of concrete mix proportion meeting the requirements of the specification were designed.The feasibility of designing concrete mixture ratio was verified by the test and detection of the concrete quality of steel tube column.In the research process,it is considered to avoid the cracking of mass concrete,and the requirements of ultra-high pumping on concrete.The research on steel tube column concrete construction technology can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
