摘 要:38 MPa超高压冲水耙头为国内首次研制并应用,在实船安装过程中其高压管路的布设是该项目成功的关键。文章分析了超高压管线布置要点,对硬管选型计算并进行强度校核,确保满足CCS要求;针对高压软管的运动补偿及最小弯曲半径要求,对伺服架处高压管线进行优化设计,避免了耙臂传统液压管弯折过多的缺点,有效减少管路阻力损失,确保系统安全高效运行。The 38 MPa ultra-high pressure flushing draghead is developed and applied for the first time in China,the layout of its high pressure pipeline is the key to the success of this project in the process of real ship installation.In this paper,we analyzed the key points of ultra-high pressure pipeline layout,calculated the type selection of hard pipe and checked its strength to ensure them met the requirements of CCS.According to the requirements of motion compensation and minimum bending radius of high pressure hose,the high pressure pipeline at servo frame was optimized to avoid the disadvantage of too many bends of traditional hydraulic pipe of the dragarm,reduce pipeline resistance loss effectively,and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the system.
