摘　　要：文章首先介绍了船舶软件研制单位在GJB 5000A认证过程中成立软件工程过程组(SEPG)的必要性。其次,对于船舶软件研制单位所成立SEPG的组织构成和基本职能进行了详细阐述。根据SEPG的职能,从技术和素质2方面对SEPG成员提出了要求。根据文中提出的方案在船舶软件研制单位内部选取相关成员组成研制单位的SEPG,可使SEPG能够迅速、有效的推动整个船舶软件研制单位的软件工程化水平提升,从而更好的进行GJB 5000A认证工作。Firstly,the necessity of establishing software engineering process group(SEPG)in the process of GJB 5000A certification is introduced.Secondly,the organization structure and basic functions of SEPG established by ship software development enterprises are described in detail.Then,according to the function of SEPG,the requirements of SEPG members are put forward from the aspects of technology and quality.According to the scheme proposed in this paper,SEPG,which is composed of relevant members in the ship software development enterprise,can quickly and effectively promote the software engineering level of the whole ship software development enterprise,so as to better carry out GJB 5000A certification.
