摘　　要：炼钢厂转炉湿法除尘系统产生的泥浆含有大量铁元素,对转炉泥浆进行压滤处理一方面可以降低环境污染,减少泥浆排放,另一方面可以提高含铁原料的利用率,达到节约冶炼成本的目的。目前泥浆压滤采用框式压滤机对泥浆进行过滤,压滤机的操作大多在机旁。对此,通过采用集控PLC系统与各压滤机通信,实现压滤机的集中控制,以改善工人工作环境,降低劳动强度。The mud produced by the wet dust removal system of the converter in steelworks contains a large amount of iron.The pressure filtration treatment of the converter mud can reduce environmental pollution and mud discharge,and improve the utilization rate of iron-containing raw materials on the other hand,to achieve the purpose of saving smelting costs.At present,the mud pressure filter adopts the plate frame filter press to filter the mud,and the operation of the filter press mostly stays beside the machine.In this paper,in order to improve the working environment of workers,reduce the purpose of labor intensity,the centralized control PLC system is used to communicate with each filter press to realize the centralized control of the filter press.
