摘　　要：阐述了一种液压机床动态监控和可视化维修方案。将触摸屏应用于钢轨矫直机的控制、显示中,结合PLC强大控制功能,直观显示机床各关键点的压力、各阀体信号点的状态及油路情况,并配合动画效果方便维修人员对设备状态的分析,进而查找故障。A dynamic monitoring and visual maintenance scheme for hydraulic machine tools is introduced.The touch screen is applied in controlling and displaying of rail straightener.Combined with the powerful control function of PLC,the pressure of each key point of the machine tool,the state of each valve body signal point and the oil circuit are visually displayed.With the animation effect,it is convenient for maintenance personnel to analyze the equipment status,and then find faults.
