摘 要:针对一种大功率风电变流器进行了整柜水冷系统性能研究。对变流器系统流量、管路直径、管路压力损失进行了计算和分析,并根据变流器的散热需求进行了流量分配设计。利用ANSYS软件对整柜水冷散热模型进行建模和热仿真,采用热仿真计算和样机测试的方法进一步研究了该水冷系统在不同静态压力下,系统压力损失与流量间的关系,并对热仿真结果进行了归纳回归。对大功率风电变流器的水冷系统性能的研究,给其他大功率电力电子产品的水冷系统设计提供了参考。The performance of water cooling and heat dissipation system of a high-power wind power converter is studied.The flow,pipeline diameter and pipeline pressure loss of converter system are calculated and analyzed.The flow distribution is designed according to the heat dissipation requirements of the converter.The water cooling and heat dissipation model of the whole cabinet is modeled and simulated by ANSYS software.The method of thermal simulation calculation and prototype test is used to further study the relationship between the system pressure loss and the flow rate of the water cooling system under different static pressures,and the thermal simulation results are summarized and regressed.The research on the performance of the water-cooling heat dissipation system of high-power wind power converters provides a reference for the design of water-cooling systems for other high-power power electronic products.
