摘 要:为改进植物绝缘油凝点高引起植物油变压器温升过高的问题,通过ANSYS软件建立植物油变压器漏磁场仿真模型,研究绕组端部及绕组间漏磁分布情况,通过工艺加强漏磁处理,并在额定负载和1.2倍额定负载下进行温升试验,验证漏磁处理对温升的影响,为植物油变压器容量电压等级提高提供改进依据。In order to improve the problem of high temperature rise of vegetable oil transformer caused by high freezing point of vegetable insulating oil,the magnetic flux leakage simulation model of vegetable oil transformer is established by ANSYS software to study the magnetic flux leakage distribution at the end of winding and between windings.The magnetic flux leakage treatment is strengthened through the process,and the temperature rise test is carried out under the rated load and 1.2 times the rated load to verify the influence of magnetic flux leakage treatment on the temperature rise,which provides improvement basis for improving the capacity and voltage level of vegetable oil transformer.
